If you are not satisfied with your purchase please email or call 214-609-5700 so you can be assigned a RMA# for the return of your item. You will need to right this RMA# on the outside of your package. Items must be sent back “Within 14 days of delivery”, in same new condition. Items cannot be worn, must be in the original packaging with all tags attached and be odor free. All care care products, headwear and clearance sale items are final sales*

ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS:

Items must be in the same new condition as you received them. (unaltered, containing no signs of wear, styling product or odor)
Have all tags on them and are in the original packaging.
Item(s) need to be returned within 14 days of delivery date.

INELIGIBLE PRODUCTS:

Items that have been worn, has odor, styled ben altered.
Items that have been damaged or cut tags and not in the original status.
Custom orders, Clearance items or Final Sales.
Please note -we can’t accept ineligible products and they will be return to you at your cost. We are not held responsible for any lost returns.

REFUND OPTIONS:

You can choose your refund from one of the following refund payment options:

1.) Store Credit – No restocking fee is deducted if you choose to be given a store credit with Wigs by Dana. Making your next purchase much easier.

**Returned Item, must be already received back before store credit can be given.**

2.) Refund – Monetary refunds will be refunded back to your original form of payment that you used to order minus any shipping cost.  

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after your return has been received. Please note that any delays in processing your refund back to your account may be due to your financial banking institution.
